What is amazing about this family is that they’ve all band together to care for their Mom at home. This is not an easy task, but when you have a strong team supporting you like Hospice Care of the West you can celebrate a 100th Birthday with the help of volunteers like DreamCatchers and take care of the day to day needs with supportive nurses like you at home. This family exemplifies how hospice is about living and cherishing every moment until the last!
